This website is operated by Go Mata Original Ghee (registered marketer). Our Desi Cow Ghee is manufactured by Maa Tara Ghee, situated in Santipur, Nadia, West Bengal under FSSAI License Number 22823039000092. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Go Mata Original Ghee.

2. Product Catalog and Pricing

• We strive to describe and display our pure handcrafted Desi Cow Ghee and size variants (500 ML, 1 Ltr, Heritage Steel Dolchi, etc.) as accurately as possible.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Order Placements and Billing

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (email, active mobile number, and delivery address). Payments are processed securely via **Razorpay**. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment authorization fails, or in cases of suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

4. Delivery and Logistics

Shipping is processed through third-party courier services. Delivery schedules, costs, and terms are governed by our **Shipping & Delivery Policy**. Standard deliveries take 5-7 working days, and express deliveries take 1-2 days.

5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

All claims for cancellations, returns, or refunds are handled in accordance with our **Refund & Return Policy**. Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
